HTC 10 Specs Feature Best Cameras Ever? Better than iPhone, Samsung?

HTC 10

HTC 10 may just be the ticket that could help and come to the ailing tech company’s aid.  Given the speculations and the most recent teaser, it appears that the device could well be something to watch out for.

With Samsung and LG 2016 flagships already out the door, the Taiwanese tech giant clearly has to amp up its game if it intends to recapture the markets. And the latest teaser indicates that the company is certainly planning to arrive with a bang. Codenamed Perfume and unofficially dubbed as the HTC 10 or One M10, this expected predecessor to One M9 is now garnering all the attention. A tweet from the official HTC Twitter account has everyone talking about the cameras on the device.

The tweet features an image of two cameras and the words “Cameras 10” etched across. It reads, “World First, World Class, Front and Back. You’ll see. #powerof10.” Well, this does raise a number of questions. Could the two cameras indicate a dual arrangement of sorts? Fans may get to witness something novel with HTC claiming it to be “World First.”

As noted by Tech Radar, the “World First” could also mean a dual front-facing snapper. It’s something that hasn’t been seen before and it may well “supplement the two-lens rig on the backside,” as shared by the site. If that does happen, it could take the selfie craze to a whole another level and bring HTC front and centre.

Dual cameras on the front and the back with specs to match could probably put HTC back in the right direction. The rumored spec sheet reveals details such as a 5.1-inch AMOLED display with2560 x 1440 resolutions, 4GB RAM, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow layered with HTC Sense 8.0 UI amongst other features.

It shouldn’t be long before curtains are lifted from the HTC 10 or the One M10; only time will tell what moniker the company has decided to give its upcoming flagship device expected to release in April 2016.
