The reality star admits that it takes a lot of hard work to look the way she does. The fashion icon and businesswoman is well aware of how important her looks are. Hence, she’s not averse to hitting the gym and sweating it out.

Kim Kardashian adheres to several workout regimens, US Weekly reported. The magazine shared five workout tips of the reality star. It could prove useful for anyone who wants a gorgeous body like hers.

1. Barry’s Bootcamp
Kim K calls it the “best workout” that combines cardiovascular routines with strength training. She even posted the following IG pic after her workout.

2. Pilates Plus

Kim K also does Pilates. She combines it with weight training and circuit training, the online mag revealed. “My favourite thing is that the classes are slow-paced but a good workout. I walk out and I definitely feel like I always work my full body,” Kardashian said.

3. SoulCycle

The favourite celebrity workout SoulCycle is also on the workout list of Kim. She does it with mom Kris Jenner and her sisters.

“Khloé goes a lot and she really got me into it,” she revealed. “Such a good sweat. Get through the first three classes and your vag will feel fine, LOL!” she added. A session of the indoor-cycling class takes 45 minutes.

4. Work out on the road

Kim K doesn’t let anything get in the way of her workout. She and husband Kanye West make it a point to hit the gym even while traveling.

5. Hire a personal trainer

As a celebrity, it’s a must to have your own trainer. Kim obviously hired the best in town, Gunnar Peterson. In a previous interview with US Weekly, Peterson praised Kim Kardashian for her training. “She’s crushing the workouts,” Peterson said.

Kim K admitted her weight loss goals last month to Hello! She revealed that she plans to lose over 70 pounds. She struggled to lose the weight after giving birth to her son last December. However, her progress since then has been commendable. She’s already lost 42 pounds.
