“Game of Thrones” is a series known for killing off characters in the most shocking of ways. The show’s stars are usually tight-lipped when it comes to spoilers. But were Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams not as careful in their recent interview? Did the Stark sisters accidentally reveal who will die on the show next?
A couple of “Game of Thrones” actors recently played Two Truths and a Lie with Yahoo. While their co-stars were coy with their answers, Turner and Williams went right to plot details. Turner, who plays Sansa on the show, said the following:
- “Ramsay dies.”
- “Lady Stoneheart returns.”
- “Arya checks three people off her list.”
Williams, on the other hand, focused on her character Arya.
- “Arya goes to Westeros, back over the sea.”
- “Arya is in the trailer more times than people have realized, because they don’t realize it’s her.”
- “Arya doesn’t cross any more names off her list.”
Movie Pilot pointed out that their answers hold clues for future episodes. “The two statements about Arya’s list contradict each other,” the film blog said. “If we assume that Arya will take out more of her targets, Williams’ first and third statements must be true.” Movie Pilot also said Lady Stoneheart’s introduction seems “unlikely.” So, Turner’s statement about Ramsay might be true. Did the actresses really reveal what will happen for the rest of the season? No word as of yet to confirm this.
Meanwhile, their on-screen brother Bran recently lost his dire wolf Summer and his friend Hodor on the show. “It’s mortifying, it’s so sad,” Isaac Hempstead-Wright was quoted by E! Online as saying. “He’s one of the only characters in ‘Game of Thrones’ who genuinely doesn’t have an agenda of any kind…to have him then killed is just the ultimate twisting of the knife.”
