It seems that fans will see more of Jon Snow in “Game of Thrones” season 6.
Kit Harrington, who played Snow, hinted that season 5 is not the end of one of the most favorite characters in the HBO hit drama series.
Snow was stabbed to death at the end of the previous season but Kit suggested that he still got a lot to do in the series, MTV wrote.
Harrington admitted in an interview by Belgian magazine Humo that he had turned down some amazing roles because of “Game of Thrones.”
The Humo interview was translated by a Reddit user.
Harrington said: “The show is like a double-edged sword to me: I owe a lot to it, but at the same time it has almost completely drained me. Oh well, I try not to think about it too much. The important thing is that I now know exactly how long I am still under contract, and in the meantime …”
The interviewer then interrupted him and asked him how many more seasons for Snow.
“Nice try. I can’t talk about that. Let’s just say that ’Game of Thrones’ will remain a part of my life for a while, I’ll probably be in my thirties when it’s over. One thing’s for sure: the day I’m no longer on ‘Thrones’ is the day I’ll bury myself in movie projects,” he replied.
Harington is currently 28 years old. He has also been reportedly spotted several times around GoT’s set location in Belfast, Ireland.
HBO president Michael Lombardo had previously revealed at the 2015 TCA press tour that GoT may end after Season 8. By the time, Kit is 30 years old.
Meanwhile, star Gwendoline Christie also teased that her character, Brienne of Tarth, would get into more fighting in the upcoming season.
Christie told the Sunday Times: “I’ve been fighting for three whole days, three entire days without ceasing or desisting. Really vicious, vicious, up-close, thuggish fighting.”
However, the actress refused to reveal just who she fighting with and who won.
“Game of Thrones” season 6 will premiere in 2016.
