This might not be a good news for the “Game Of Thrones” fans. Rumors are circulating throughout the internet that Emilia Clarke wants to quit the HBO series on its sixth season because “she can’t stand it.”
Not really, though, but the British actress had stated that she “can’t stand” the show’s sex scenes and nudity.
“Sex scenes should be more subtle,” she revealed to The Daily Mail. “I’m British, so I cringe at that sort of thing anyway — I can’t stand it.”
The 28-year old star plays Princess Daenerys Targaryen. Her last topless scene was seen two years ago.
“I don’t want to have sex thrown in my face and I’ve always thought the suggestion is so much more titillating than the act itself.”
Additionally, her GoT co-star Oona Chaplin agreed that Clarke doesn’t want to be known for her breasts, but for her acting ability.
In other news, a “Game Of Thrones” crew has been putting up some season 6 “spoilers” online.
A White Walker was captured in a window during their shoot in Girona’s Old Town, as Independent reported. But according to the site, the crew are just enjoying posting prank spoilers on social media.
Season 6 spoilers have gotten really enormous lately. In a previous article, Australian actress Essie Davis is said to join the award-winning TV show and might be playing as “Cersei Lannister.”
Richard E. Grant could also join in the next season too, as “Cersei Lannister’s” manager. Actor Kevin Eldon is said to be seen filming with the casts as well, notes the Independent.
As for filming, the GoT production team has already left Croatia. Updates about the next location might be posted soon.
Stay tuned for more news. “Game Of Thrones” Season 6 premieres in HBO and Sky Atlantic in April 2016.
