Paul Walker’s tragic death changed the league of “Fast and Furious” franchise. Fans have already said goodbye to his character Brian O’Conner on the previous film. However, actress Jordana Brewster, who plays his wife, Mia Toretto might come back to “Furious 8.” The actress dropped some hints about her return.

Brewster sat with Television Critics Association panel for “Secrets and Lies” Season 2 on ABC, reports Slashfilm. When asked about her status on FF8, she said that there have not been any talks about it but the possibilities are still there.

“There hasn’t been a discussion but I can kind of see it go either way,” Brewster said. “Mia is with Brian but on the other hand, she’s still Dom’s sister. I don’t know. I’m not sure.”

“I think the fans have a hunger for it which is amazing, but it’ll be different for sure,” the star added.

Actors Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham have confirmed their return. And there are actors who are still rumored to be joining the action-adventure film like Eva Mendes and “Orange is the New Black” lead, Ruby Rose.

Meanwhile, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, and Tyrese Gibson will still be part of the movie. The film will be directed by “Straight Outta Compton” director F. Gary Gray.

On the other hand, “Furious 8” could make history in Hollywood cinema based on the reports that they will be shooting some scenes in Cuba.

Filmmakers have been seeking for the United States and Cuban government’s approval, notes Variety. According to the production team, Cuba could be a good location because of its exotic ambiance. Notably, previous “Fast and Furious” films have shot in Dubai and Rio, where exotic locales are enormous.

Should it be approved, it will be  the first motion picture to set foot on the land after 50 years of economic embargo.

Catch “Furious 8” in theaters on April 14, 2017.
