‘Frozen 2’ Movie Release Date & Plot: Elsa Dies in Sequel?

A lot of speculations about “Frozen 2” have been surfacing throughout the web. But how true is the latest plot rumor that Elsa might die in the much awaited film?

Previous reports hinted at possible plots that could happen in Elsa and Anna’s sequel. Some of them include Anna being the villain, Olaf will melt, and that Queen Elsa might be a lesbian.

However, according to The Revoluzionne, there is a little chance that a main character might die in the sequel. But the site made it clear that these rumors could just be treated with a grain of salt. Queen Elsa’s significance in the story makes this speculation somewhat impossible.

What may happen is that the Snow Queen encounters great danger, and her sister Anna will save her.

Fans will have to wait for further updates regarding its official plot.

Meanwhile, The Telegraph reported that there could be another “Let It Go” anthem in the sequel, with Arandelle’s Queen and princess having a duet.

“I think they’ll definitely try to position one song as a Let It Go-trumping central number. At a guess, though, it might be a duet between the sisters,” critic Tim Robey explained

“They only shared about four scenes in the first film, so I feel more detailed development of that relationship has got to be the way to go.”

Notably, the movie’s biggest hit “Let It Go” gained enormous success. The song won awards like the Academy Award for Best Original Song, Grammy’s Best Song Writen for Visual Media, Golden Globe Awards’ Best Original Song and Favorite Song from a Movie or TV Show on Radio Disney Music Awards.

“Frozen 2” will be directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. Release date will be announced soon.
