Likewise, during NYC’s opening week, another Central Perk Cafe was also opened in Beijing.
Now, it’s Sydney’s chance to experience the pop-up coffee shop.
Buzzfeed notes that anyone can get a free cup of coffee and have his or her photo taken at the familiar orange couch we see on “Friends.”
The opening of the replica cafe marks “the launch of all 236 episodes of ‘Friends’ in HD” available at Australian streaming service Stan.
Stan also notes that”Friends” merchandise and prizes will be available and “to be won by fans daily” and encourages fans who will visit the shop to post selfies on their social media using #FriendsOnStan.
It’s been 21 years since “Friends” was released and this pop-up cafe will surely make any fan recall their favorite scenes from the show.
