Fifth Harmony member Normai Kordei was not able to join the group on their “Reflection Tour” in Mexico. Does this mean that Kordei will soon leave 5H?
Harmonizers, relax though, because she’s still part of the group.
Unfortunately, Kordei was not able to perform with Fifth Harmony in Plaza Condesa on Nov. 25 and Foro Sol on the following day due to a family- related death, reports Billboard.
The group also made the announcement on their official Twitter account:
“We know some of you have been wondering and we wanted to let our Harmonizer family know that Normani will not be joining us in Mexico due to a death back home. Mani is one of the strongest, kindest humans we know and we’re sending her ALL of our love. The harmonizer family is so vast, let’s help make her heavy heart light. Meanwhile, Mexico, lets do Mani proud.”
Meanwhile, supporters extended their love and prayers to Kordei:
As for the “Reflection Tour,” the girls will be back in North America next month to continue the leg. Details about the U.S. dates and venues can be found on Fifth Harmony’s official website.
However, it is still unconfirmed if Normani will join the girls on the upcoming U.S. tour, though her latest tweet hinted that she will return soon.
In other Fifth Harmony news, member Camila Cabello talked about her collaboration with Canadian singer Shawn Mendez, notes Rolling Stone.
Their single “I Know What You did Last Summer” was written during one of Taylor Swift’s concert last summer.
According to the “Worth It” singer, the song is about “finding out that somebody had been cheating on you, and the song is that moment right before you confront that person where you both know what’s next, but it’s killing the both of you.”
Shawn Mendez and Camila Cabello are rumored to be dating.
