“Fast and Furious 8” is one of the most-awaited films expected to be out in 2017 and fans want to hold on to any bit of information they can get.
The franchise still has three films to go and few more years, before we will know how it all ends. Vin Diesel star and producer of the franchise is, of course, already in on the big secret.
As reported by MTV news, Diesel said, “yes,” when asked if he is aware of how the super-popular franchise will end. No hints were dropped for the expectant fans. However he did wonder, “But is that that surprising?”
Fans would surely expect the producer and the star of the franchise to know what it would all boil down to.
While waiting around for hits to be dropped, fans have ample rumors and speculations to chew on about the upcoming installment.
Speaking of which, Diesel also spoke about the title of the next movie in the franchise.
Commenting on what the next movie will be called, Diesel told MTV News, “A lot of people are thinking ’F8,’ I just get lazy and say ’Fast 8′,” Diesel said. “I don’t know if the official title’s come out yet. It’s never the official title. You have to understand. When you talk about titles and you talk about ’The Fast and the Furious’ the first movie all through production the back of my chair said ’Red Line.’ This is like, this is par for the course for the ’Fast’ franchise. We never know what the title is officially.”
So there, the ardent fans of the franchise have it! Diesel calls it “Fast 8,” and the official title is not known yet. We would suggest don’t hold your breath for that one, because the wait could be quite long.
Talking about the casting for the “Fast and Furious 8,” Michelle Rodriguez shared that she would like Angelina Jolie to be a part of the movie, as noted by Christian Post. Now, that would definitely make the wait worth it!
“Fast and Furious 8” is expected to hit theatres on April 14, 2017.
