“Fast and Furious” stars and fans were heartbroken at the death of Paul Walker. But with the help of his brothers, Cody and Caleb, they were able to wrap up his story in “Furious 7.” As the movie continues, several reports suggest that “Fast and Furious 8” will be a tribute to the late actor.

Aside from the emotional accolade that was given to Walker at the end of “FF7”, his absence on the next film will be filled with deserving characters, as Cinema Blend reported. Who are they? A list of female stars has been revealed.

Apart from the news that “Orange is the New Black” star Ruby Rose will join the film, actress Eva Mendes might also be reprising her role as U.S. Customs Agent Monica Fuentes.

“As we learned in ‘Furious 7,’ Dom and his crew now runs in criminal circles that involve the federal government – or, shadow arms of the government operated by the likes of Mr. Nobody,” Cinema Blend explains.

“This could open up several doors for the Furious crew to either have to help Fuentes… or avoid her.”

Additionally, Kurt Russell will be in the action movie. The news started after Vin Diesel shared a photo of him and Russell via Instagram, which the caption reads as “Toretto Tuesday.”

Russell will be playing as the “covert” Mr. Nobody.

“You know I always think of these films multiple pictures in advance. I think of them as trilogies. Kurt Russell came in for this movie, but he was really, we really hired him because of a story that follows this. That takes place in New York,” Vin Diesel revealed during the Jimmy Kimmel show, quotes another Cinema Blend report.

“Fast and Furious 8” premieres on cinemas on April 14, 2017.
