A “Fast and Furious 8” crash scene was recently spotted in Cleveland. The upcoming film will be titled “Fast 8.”
Cleveland reported that the filming has continued since the movie “Fast 8” was confirmed to be initially released on April 12, 2017 in France. The recent photos showed crash scenes from Cleveland.
Based on the photos taken, spectacularly expensive cars crashed together in one site.
One of the photos showed a dummy motorcycle driver under his crashed bike along with some other cars in the intersection area on Ontario Street in the same location.
One of the crashed cars seen were an SUV, some New York Police Department cars and some New York taxicabs. Dummies were also seen replaced after stuntmen went out of their respective vehicles.
Marvin Fong from The Plain Dealer who also captured the photos described the said street as the W. 40th Street in “Fast and Furious 8.”
He also took photos of the production crew meeting, and some were busy filming in the middle of the street.
Below are some of Fong’s photos taken during the first few filming days of “Fast and Furious 8” or “Fast 8” in Cleveland last Wednesday.
Aside from the extreme car crashes from the film, the global audience could also expect a huge improvement in the role of Luke Hobbs played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
According to Collider, avid “Fast and Furious” fans could expect a great improvement in the role of Luke Hobbs played by Dwayne Johnson, although there are issues as to whether his role still fit “Fast and Furious 8.”
Hiram Garcia, “Furious 7” consulting producer, said in an interview that they will be seeing Hobbs much more than in the previous film.
However, in “Fast 8,” the world will see more of Luke Hobbs. He confirmed that Luke Hobbs will be on screen more than before, and explained that due to schedule constraints, Dwayne Johnson wasn’t able to appear in the previous film so much.
