Fans may be excited for some upcoming AAA games, but they may reconsider checking out “Enter the Gungeon.” Gameranx shared the news about the upcoming indie shooter/dungeon crawling game.

“Enter the Gungeon” was developed by Dodge Roll and publisher Devolver Digital has revealed that the game will be released tomorrow for the PlayStation 4 and PC. A game trailer is also available for players to check out the gameplay. Watch the video below.

The game will feature tons of weapons with different abilities and bullets and one of them features a rainbow-spewing gun, which is really awesome and bizarre. Players will take control of some characters and they must survive inside the dungeon with the use of the different weapons that they will loot. What makes this different from conventional dungeon crawlers is that it utilizes the radial shooter mechanic found in some action shooters, and combining it with dungeon crawling elements.

Here are some details found from their press release:

“In Enter the Gungeon, players select a hero and battle their way to the bottom of the Gungeon by surviving a challenging and evolving series of floors filled with the dangerously adorable Gundead and fearsome Gungeon bosses armed to the teeth. Gather precious loot, discover hidden secrets, and chat with opportunistic merchants and shopkeepers to purchase powerful items to gain an edge.”

Aside from the game, Devolver Digital is also releasing cute Bulletman plushies as part of their promotion for the game. The Bullet Kin plushie will be available for $25 and will include a game code of the actual game. Devolver Digital CEO Fork Parker said, “Gun violence is an important issue and we’re doing our part to exploit that issue by selling cute stuffed bullet dolls in promotion of a game about shooting bullets at bullets that shoot bullets back at you.”

“Enter the Gungeon” will be available tomorrow for the PS4 and PC.
