England will take on Pakistan in the third T20 International at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Monday, Nov. 30. The match is scheduled to start at 8PM local time and 4PM GMT. As the English team will look for a series sweep, Pakistan shall play to restore some pride in the series.
As per the International Business Times (UK) report, England’s fate was sealed when they won the second T20 international by just three runs. Batting first, England posed a total of 172 runs as they managed to capitalize on some good performances coming from their middle order.
Pakistan’s run chase looked rather solid from the beginning but a sudden collapse helped the English bowlers gain an upper hand. Shahid Afridi’s quick knock went in vain as England scalped quick wickets to leave the opponents spineless.
England took the lead in the three match T20 series as they registered a win over Pakistan by 14 runs in the first T20 match. England looked shaky in the beginning but soon gained control over the Pakistani bowling attack.
It would be interesting to note how things unfold in the third T20 international. England should stick to their winning ways as Pakistan might need to bring a few changes to tackle their current situation. Change of venues might demand different strategies from either teams.
