Drake teased that his newest album, “Views from the 6,” will be released soon. But while fans are waiting, the Canadian rapper was seen filming with pop star Rihanna. Are they working on his new music video?
According to Hollywood Life, witnesses caught Rihanna and Drake filming what appears to be a music video at the Eagle Rock Plaza in Los Angeles. Some witnesses even took videos and pictures of the two.
In the two videos below, you can even hear snippets from their new song entitled, “Work.”
But is this song for Drizzy’s upcoming album? Well, No. They are working on a song which could land on Rihanna’s eighth studio album, “ANTI,” Complex noted. The site described the song as a “down-tempo, syrupy dancehall ballad.”
According to the site, there’s enough evidence for their collaboration. Recently, a leaked casting call sheet previewed the names of both artists who’ll work on the song. The notice even called for horseback riders.
Likewise, here are the photos that were captured by witnesses at the location:
Hollywood Life noted that the SUV appears to be “emblazoned” with the iconic Louis Vuitton logo. Meanwhile, the second photo showed horses on set. So, that’s why they needed to cast horseback riders.
Who do you think will use the SUV – Drake or Rihanna?
Aside from the photos, Twitter users were also curious why there were horses at the Eagle Rock Plaza.
Another Twitter user claimed that the two might be filming on top of the plaza.
As mentioned on Complex, DJ Khaled further fuelled the speculations by posting a video featuring Drake on his Instagram account. He teased that something big was definitely going on.
In a short clip, Khaled said, “I’m up to something.” After showing that he’s seated beside Drizzy, the record producer admitted that it’s a “major key” and fans should be ready for it.
Woah. Are you ready for Rihanna and Drake’s song collaboration? We bet everyone’s expecting that it’ll be a hit.
