Update for April was one of the biggest this year for Destiny. However, a lot of bugs were discovered by players and filed it to the developers.
GameSpot has the report about the amount of bugs discovered and the quick action from Bungie’s side. One of the known issues in the latest patch was the missing Sterling Treasure. However, Bungie has assured gamers that they are addressing the issue on the missing treasure and placed it as a top priority for fixing. Players were promised that the issue will be resolved by next week’s reset
Another issue involves the primary weapon Universal Remote being given to players when they decrypt special weapon engrams. Unfortunately, there is still no possible fix to resolve the issue as of this moment.
Still, not all issues are left untouched as Bungie assures that some of the known bugs aside from the Sterling Treasure will be resolved. Some of them include ghost dropping a much lower rate as it was originally intended during Nightfall Strikes and Year One engrams being given away through Cryptarch rank ups. Bungie explained that there is no definite date on when the fix will arrive, but they might release it in “future deployment.”
Aside from the fixes, Bungie is hinting that there will be more updates for players to look forward to. This info was revealed as a closing to their Bungie blog post that explains the issues and fixes on the recent update.
“Hopefully, the ramp up to the April update served up some proof that we love speaking at length about new Destiny content, once it arrives at its final form. Later on this summer, we’ll show you the scope, scale, and flavor for the next challenge you’ll face.”
Expect more surprises and more content that “Destiny” can offer to its players. The game is available for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
