In an interview with People Magazine and Entertainment Weekly, he said “In the majority of the Marvel films, it’s clear to understand who’s right, who’s wrong … This is one of the first movies where it’s a little more parallel to the arguments we have in life where nobody’s right, nobody’s wrong. It’s just a matter of opinion. Where do you fall in the situation?”

Anthony Mackie, who plays Falcon, added, “The government comes up with these accords because they think things have gotten out of control … The government established these accords. They’re guidelines the Avengers have to live by. Cap doesn’t agree. Tony Stark agrees. Therein lies civil war.”

The third installment of Captain America is focus on the fight between Captain America and Iron Man on should lead the Avengers, Slash Gear wrote.

“Captain America: Civil War” is currently filming in Berlin, Germany.  The filming is now on its last week of production and will move on editing phrase soon after, according to Cinema Blend.
