The opposing and supporting teams of the Superhero Registration Act has already been revealed. However, noticeably absent was one Avenger. Rumors have it that Hulk was removed in the “Captain America: Civil War” film. Actor Mark Ruffalo revealed the possible reason why.
According to Italian site, Bad Taste, Ruffalo revealed that the green superhero was cut from the story, even though Hulk was originally part of it.
“The reason is too great to be revealed in this movie [Civil War]. I was in the script but then they removed my character. They don’t want to reveal where is he and why. I don’t even know if Hulk will be back soon,” the actor revealed, as translated by Super Hero Hype.
Hulk notably disappeared towards the end of the “Age of Ultron” film. However, Cinema Blend believes that the green titan could be joining the “Guardians of the Galaxy.” Nothing about the Hulk’s whereabouts have been confirmed so fans might have to wait a bit more for updates.
In other “Civil War” news, Captain America star Chris Evans reportedly thought that there is a “mismatch” between Team Cap and Team Stark.
MTV News was able to talk to Evans regarding the issue, and the actor said that “Well, maybe you’ll have to see the movie to find out.”
According to MTV, Falcon (Anthony Mackie), the Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) and Sharon Carter (Emily Van Camp) will be on The Cap’s side.
Meanwhile, War Machine (Don Cheadle), The Vision (Paul Bettany), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) and Black Widow (Scarlett Johannson) will be siding on Team Stark.
