Fans might have noticed that Black Panther was hardly seen on “Captain America: Civil War” official trailer. But with the little view we got of him, you might have notice his suit, the all-black costume is said to have hidden powers.

Comic readers know that King T’Challa/Black Panther is the leader of Wakanda, where the supply of vibranium is enormous. This kind of metal has been used in making Captain America’s powerful shield, which can deflect as well as absorb all kinds of attacks.

In the upcoming film, T’Challa will wear his all black suit infused with vibranium, and that could be his advantage on the “Civil War” event.

Actor Chadwick Boseman, who plays the character, revealed the capability of Black Panther’s suit during his interview with Entertainment Weekly:

“The vibranium is a metal that is dynamic. It can change how it’s used. It’s not a liquid, but it has the ability to change shape and change form and still have its strength,” Boseman said.

“It’s not just about being durable, it has the ability to absorb energy. It’s not just like you hit it and it doesn’t take it. It has the ability to absorb the attack of another person and repel or respond to that attack. That’s part of the power,” he further explained.

Cinema Blend believed that T’Challa’s vibranium infused suit could be an advantage to defeat Bucky/Winter Soldier. Black Panther is said to be neutral, but according to the site, he will form alliance with Iron Man in order to hunt down Bucky.

In the teaser released a few days ago, we can see Black Panther “roundhouse kicking Bucky in the face.” If Bucky would try to punch him with his powerful arm, the site suspects that Black Panther will only absorb or repel the attack.

“Captain America: Civil War” will be launched in theaters on May 5, 2016. Meanwhile, we will be bringing you moore updates soon.
