Fans of “Call of Duty Black Ops 3” on PlayStation 4 will be delighted to know that their much-awaited 1.09 update has arrived. Not only that, gamers are also treated with the arrival of the game’s Eclipse DLC just a day after the update.

According to Gotta Be Mobile, there are a lot of new things to expect from the 1.09 update. The website details that the 1.09 update offers a lot of tweaks related to the Eclipse DLC including trophies as well as Eclipse DLC 2 maps.

The site offers a list of the many changes in “Call of Duty Black Ops 3”, wherein it shows that the area on gameplay and weapon changes are the most extensive. Among the gameplay changes listed are the resolution on grey boxes appearing in place of the NXShadowClaw and the fixing of weapons that used to fire faster than its intended fire rate.

Meanwhile, some weapon changes listed by Gotta Be Mobile include Assault Rifles, Submachine Guns, Light Machine Guns, and Shotguns. Under Assault Rifles, weapons such as the HVK-30 and the ICR-1 are reported to have increased recoil stability. For Submachine Guns, update on the Razorback is listed as having and increased 4-hit kill range and a reduced 1-hit kill range in Hardcore Mode. On the other hand, a report by Express highlights that at present, the current patch notes for “Call of Duty Black Ops 3” are only available for PS4 players. Those on Xbox One and PC consoles would have to wait until the end of May to get their hands on the Eclipse Maps expansion.

Express also lists down the fixes and changes brought by the 1.09 update including areas on Black Market, Zombies, Shadows of Evil and Der Eisendrache. Check out some of the items below:

Fixed issue where the wrong portrait image was appearing for Battery’s MMA Specialist Theme.
Fixed an exploit where Players were able to obtain more Cryptokeys than intended by manipulating game lobbies.

Blocked an exploit that allowed the players to use the Death Machine indefinitely.
Resolved an exploit allowing players to access unintended areas.

  • Shadows of Evil

Addressed an issue where players would rarely be killed while riding the train.
Fixed several bugs with the Undead Man Walking GobbleGum.

  • Der Eisendrache

Addressed a number of exploits that allow extended use of the Ragnarok DG-4.
Resolved a bug where the Ragnarok DG-4 would be put away before expiration.
