The Atlanta Hawks welcome Boston Celtics in their NBA Play-Offs campaign at the Philips Arena in Atlanta on Tuesday, April 26, starting 8:30 pm ET.

As per the NBA official reports, The Hawks clinched a playoff berth for the ninth consecutive season, the longest active streak in the Eastern Conference and the longest run in team history. Atlanta is the fourth seed after finishing the regular season 48-34. Since moving to Atlanta in 1968, the franchise has made 32 post-season appearances.

Paul Millsap tallied 45 points (19-31 FGs, 3-6 3FGs, 4-6 FTs), 13 rebounds, four blocks, three assists and two steals in Game 4 at Boston (4/24), tying the Hawks’ postseason franchise record for FGM held by Hall of Famers Dominique Wilkins (twice) and Bob Pettit (4/12/58 vs. Boston).

The focus now shifts to Atlanta for Game 5 in the series.

Kyle Korver is shooting .520 3FG percent (13-25) over the last three games, knocking down at least three triples in each contest (two games with five 3FGM).

“They got us out of whack,” Hawks guard Kyle Korver said. “They put Marcus Smart on Paul and we just tried to force it to him and at times took us out of what we had been doing. Give them credit. They played really well and made some plays down the stretch.”

“The most important thing for us, we got to start the games better, especially on the road,” Thomas said. “If we start just halfway decent on the road we’ll be alright.”

The odds are in favour of the Celtics but the game could go either way in Atlanta.
