All is set for the much-awaited Billboard Music Awards 2016 on Sunday (May 22) as big performances are in store for fans worldwide. The Billboard Music Awards 2016 airs on ABC at 8 p.m. ET from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

According to Billboard, this year’s show will be hosted by Chrissy Teigen and Ludacris. This is the third year in a row for Ludacris to host the show.

The first performance of  the Billboard Music Awards 2016 will come from Britney Spears, who will open the show with a medley. The “Toxic” singer is also the recipient of the Billboard Millennium Award.

Adele is set to debut the music video of her new single, “Send My Love (to Your New Lover),” at the Billboard Music Awards 2016. Madonna, on the other hand, will pay tribute to Prince. So far, the details of the tribute have been kept under wraps, according to Rolling Stone.

Pink is reportedly rehearsing a secret performance of “Just Like Fire.” Rolling Stone quoted Bracco saying: “She has done incredible award performances – she has flown through the air, there have been acrobatics and fire – but it’s all going to come together in this performance.”

Celine Dion will perform on TV for the first time since she lost her husband René Angélil and her brother Daniel Dion both to cancer in January. Dion, who will receive the Icon Award, will sing Queen’s “The Show Must Go On.”
