Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have proven how civil they could with each other as they have been spotted hanging out together at the Oscars 2016 after-party on Sunday.
However, according to Entertainment Tonight, the former couple left the party separately.
The ET source noted that Garner left around 1 am, heading to the valet stand with a female friend and a mystery guy while the “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” star exited about 15 minutes later and was spotted with actress Kate Hudson. ET added that Affleck appeared to head home alone.
Garner’s “Alias” co-star, Victor Garber, confessed at the Oscars’ red carpet that the actress still has “great love” for the father of her children.
“She’s dealing with a lot of stress and pain, and dealing with it in, I think, a magnificent way,” Garber told ET.
“I’ve always found her to be incredibly authentic. It’s part of why people, I think, are drawn to her, because she is real. She also has a great capacity for love. You know, her children are her passion. And so, all that said, she’s dealing with the situation, I think, miraculously,” the veteran actor added.
Affleck and Garner were also seen together on Saturday as they first hosted a fourth birthday party for their son Samuel and then took him to dinner at Art’s Table in Santa Monica, California, Mail Online reported.
In the March issue of Vanity Fair, Garner revealed how Affleck broke her heart. The two split last year after allegations that the actor cheated on her with the nanny of their children, Christine Ouzounian. Affleck has denied the entire cheating allegation.
“We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny. She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation. Bad judgment? Yes,” Garner told Vanity Fair.
The actress has been linked to actor Patrick Dempsey recently. The two co-starred in the movie “Valentine’s Day” in 2009.
