‘Batman V Superman’ Henry Cavill Silences ‘Doubters’; Takes to New York Streets

Well, it looks like Henry Cavill is raising temperatures in the city of New York, where the “Batman V Superman” star recently took to the streets, looking all smart and dashing in his Superman t-shirt. He stepped out with the aim to prove all doubters wrong and how!

The handsome star shared a video on his official Instagram account, which may prove to be very successful in silencing all those who criticised Clark Kent’s disguise. At the same time, the clip also immeasurably raises Cavill’s cool quotient. While many women may care less about what he set out to achieve a lot of them might end up swooning over his good looks. As for the most ardent fans, who wondered whether the glasses were enough for Clark Kent to pull the trick, here’s your answer:

Dear Doubter, The glasses are good enough. Regards, Superman #WhoWillWin #Superman

The actor in an experiment to answer the age-old question over Kent’s disguise and amp up the excitement surrounding the movie landed on the streets of New York and effectively carried out his agenda. So, Cavill sans the trademark Clark Kent glasses, stepped out in his Superman avatar complete with the Superman t-shirt branded with the new logo. He walked through Times Square where large “Batman V Superman” billboards are pasted all over the place.

The video is quite funny and confirms, as Cavill puts it, that the “The glasses are good enough.” And rightly so! However, many fans may be concerned over people not screaming their head-off and running behind this beautiful man, who has carved himself a great following through the work done by him as an actor. As noted by Cinema Blend, the star has proved his mettle as an actor through “Immortals,” “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.” and of course, “Man Of Steel.” Well, he has surely stolen many hearts both is his portrayal of the common man as well as Superman and therein probably lies his victory.

We are counting down days to March 25, 2015, when “Batman V Superman” hits theaters.
