“The Bachelorette” Australia Sam Frost admitted that she is not yet over Blake Garvey’s betrayal as she sent home two bachelors on the premiere of the reality TV show.
Frost was left devastated when Gravey called off the engagement after his public proposal during the 2014 “The Bachelor” Australia finale. Garvey dumped her and chose second runner-up Louise Pillidge after the series concluded.
At the season premiere of “The Bachelorette” Australia, Sam admitted that she is still hurt of what happened as she recalled the events last year. She said: “doing this has reminded me about how much I genuinely loved Blake and he did absolutely break my heart.”
“When you’re so honest to someone with who you are as a person and they just decide to break up with you, you question yourself and you don’t feel good enough,” she added.
Garvey is currently appearing on “Celebrity Apprentice Australia” on Channel 9. The International Business Times noted that Garvey and Pillidge are still together but they have not yet announced their engagement.
Frost admitted that she felt “humiliated” after Gravey broke up with her and she did not leave home for days because of it.
The Melbourne beauty took what she have learned seriously and hinted that there will be no public proposal at the end of this season’s “The Bachelorette.”
“Maybe we should try being boyfriend and girlfriend first. I don’t want to be a spoiler alert but there’s probably not going to be an engagement at the end of the series,” she exclaimed.
Executive producer Stephen Tate earlier assured Frost will have a fairy tale ending this time.
Fourteen bachelors are competing for Sam’s heart at the first season of Aussie’s “The Bachelorette.”
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported 26-year-old beauty sent marketing manager Luke and charity worker Shane home at last night debut episode, and gave a rose on construction manager Sasha.
“The Bachelorette” Australia airs Wednesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on Channel Ten.
