“Avengers: Infinity War” will not hit the big screen for another two years. But fans are already stoked for it as early as now. What can viewers expect from”Avengers 3?”
According to Collider, directors Joe and Anthony Russo have a lot in store for fans in the next movie. However, there really is just one major thing everyone can look forward to. That is — the arrival of Thanos. Josh Brolin, the actor chosen to play this big Marvel baddie, recently sat down with Movie Fone to talk about his movie projects. “It’s really fun what they’ve chosen to do with the story,” he said. “I sat at a table and I listened to the story from beginning to end, which was… you know, sometimes you go around and you go, ‘Oh, it’s a great movie. Or this is a great experience,’ and you kind of know that it’s not. This is the opposite… I was blown away, and had goose pimples pretty much 50% of the time that I was listening to what was going on, and pretty amazed that I’m going to be involved in it.”
The actor also assured fans on what they could expect from his character. “Basically, my character against everybody… These Avengers stories all come down to this conclusion, and that’s our involvement,” Brolin said. “So it’s a big thing that’s coming up.”
Can’t wait to finally see Josh Brolin as Thanos? You might have to wait a little while longer for “Avengers: Infinity War” to come out. The first part of the movie event will not hit theaters until May 4, 2018. One the other hand, the second half of “Avengers 3” will come out a year later. Part 2 won’t premiere until May 3, 2019.
In the meantime, you can check out Brolin in “Hail, Caesar!” Which comes out on DVD and Blu-ray this June 7th.
