A child psychiatrist from Perth was allegedly caught filming a boy inside one of the toilets at a restroom in Canada.

Dr. Aaron Voon, 41, was at a movie theater to watch a screening of the movie “The Angry Birds” at the Scotiabank Theater in West Edmonton Mall on May 22 when he was caught filming the boy inside the restroom before the start of the movie.

A man, believed to be the boy’s father, confronted Voon outside the restroom. The confrontation was filmed by another man and posted online, according to the Daily Mail.

Footage shows the boy’s father grabbing Voon’s arm before the two men demanded for him to show them their camera.

One of the men can be heard in the video yelling, “You were caught red handed with your camera angled when some boy was peeing.”

Canadian Police arrested Voon, who is set to face charges for making child pornography, possessing child pornography and voyeurism.

Detectives are set to determine if the incident was isolated with the help of detectives from the Alberta Internet Child Exploitation.

Meanwhile, clients of Voon’s pediatric clinic back in Perth were sent an email from the administrators saying he would be closing his clinic indefinitely, according to WA Today.

The email read, “For patients and family, I am so sorry for leaving you so suddenly.  I can honestly state that these issues have been TOTALLY separate from work and I have always provided you and your children with the best possible, safe and appropriate care.

“For colleagues, I seek your urgent support in taking over care… my deepest apologies again and grateful appreciation for the past opportunity to work together.”

Voon is known for treating children with social, emotional and behavioral concerns, as well as those having conditions such as autism, anxiety, ADHD and depression, with appointments ranging from $750 to $990 for 90 minutes and $395 to $445 for follow ups.
