Brad Pitt once again proved that his relationship with wife, actress Angelina Jolie is getting stronger, in fact, he is even aiming to have one dozen children with her.
Brad opened up to the Telegraph and revealed how being a father has changed him both as a man and as an actor.
“Everyone talks about the joy of having kids – blah, blah, blah. But I never knew how much I could love something until I looked in the faces of my children,” the actor said.
Pitt and Jolie are parents to a brood of six – Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 10, Shiloh, 9, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 7, People magazine noted.
The “Fury” actor admitted that having a big family has always been his dream and that if it were up to him, he and Angelina would have even more kids.
“Listen, Angie and I were aiming for a dozen, but we crapped out after six,” he said with a laugh. Brad also joked that fatherhood is “total chaos,” but it is also full of fun at the same time.
“[There’s] a lot of love, a lot of fighting, a lot of refereeing. A lot of teeth-brushing and spilling,” Pitt told Telegraph.
The actor also admitted that he is a disciplinarian when it comes to his sons, but he takes it easy on his daughters.
“Girls do no wrong…I feel like my job is to show ’em around, help them find what they want to do with their life, put as many things in front of them, and pull them back when they get out of line, so they know who they are,” Pitt said.
Rumors of divorce have been swirling around the couple since they got married. It was previously reported that Brad issued a divorce ultimatum to Angelina because of her eating disorder.
The couple starred in a romantic drama film “By The Sea,” which was written and directed by Jolie. The movie will open in theaters on December 11.
