Now that “Scream Queens” and “American Horror Story” are shooting in the same place, “Scream Queens” lead Emma Roberts wants to return to “American Horror Story.”
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight during “Scream Queens” PaleyFest, Roberts gushed about her return to AHS, “Hopefully, this season! Last year, it just didn’t work out ’cause I was still shooting Scream Queens,” Roberts continued. “But now that Scream Queens is shooting [season two] in L.A. and not New Orleans, maybe I’ll just have to walk over to the stage and force myself onto the show.”
The actress also elaborates on her dream role in the show to film a showdown with season five (Hotel) star, Lady Gaga.
“My dream,” the actress beamed. “My dream. Do you hear that? My dream!”
The 25-year-old star appeared in two seasons of the anthology series, season three (Coven) and season four (Freakshow).
During the PaleyFest, “Scream Queens” creator Brad Falchuk confirmed that season one characters’ Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Niecy Nash, Keke Palmer, Abigail Breslin and Billie Lourd will all be back for season two.
“Scream Queens” and “American Horror Story” are both shooting in California because the two shows are the latest recipients of California’s $37.6 million in tax credits.
