The source further quotes Dalton after he is asked whether he ever felt hurt by the storyline-dictated segregation? “No,” he says. “I’ve gotten bumps and bruises from some of the fight scenes, but emotionally I’m still relatively intact — as much as one could hope for!”
In an article run by Screen Crush they indicate “that Marvel movies take no cue from the multiple TV tie-ins”. The source further states that “Captain America: Civil War’s writers had no awareness of the TV branch in crafting Cap’s international adventure.”
