Adele has forgotten, once again, the lyrics of her own song during a concert but instead of being booed, she received a positive reaction from the audience.

The British singer forgot the lyrics of her song “Million Years Ago” during a concert in Lisbon, Portugal on Thursday. According to Today, Adele was halfway through a line of her song when she realised she does not know what is the next line of the song.

The “Hello” hitmaker immediately realised the mistake and acknowledged it with laughter and a bit of profanity, Time magazine reported. Adele then stopped singing to laugh at herself and told the audience: “S**t, wrong words. S**t, s**t, s**t. Should I sing the right words? Sorry.”

The members of the audience did not seem to mind her mistake at all and they just laughed and clapped for the Grammy winner.

“A Million Years Ago” is off her latest album, “25.”

This is not the first time the hitmaker forgot the lyrics of the song she is performing onstage. Today noted that she stopped a performance in Manchester earlier this year because of the same situation. There were also reports that the singer also sang the wrong words of her song at a show in Lisbon, Portugal recently.

In 2011, she also halted a performance of Chasing Pavements in Boston because she forgot the lyrics of a song. She joked at the time: “I forgot the words! Oh my god, I’ve never forgotten the words to that song!”

Meanwhile, Adele took time out during her world tour to catch Bruce Springsteen’s “Rock In Rio” show in Lisbon. Springsteen even gave Adele his jacket because of her skimpy outfit,  Mirror wrote. However, according to Adele, Bruce gave her his own jacket to keep her warm.

Adele also recently signed a contract with Sony worth A$180 million and released new song “Send My Love (To Your New Lover),” at the Billboard Music Awards.
