It seems like Spice Girls member Melanie Chisholm has had a change of heart and would like to join her former bandmates in the highly anticipated Spice Girls reunion.

Mel C (Sporty Spice) admitted that she would like to sing with her former bandmates again. However, she said they might not allow her to jump on stage. She said Mel B (Scary Spice), Geri Horner (Ginger Spice) and Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) will probably kick her out of the stage if she tried to perform with them.

“I want to support the girls, of course! I think I’d probably have to get up with them. They’d be like, ‘Get off, you said no!’” the Asia’s Got Talent judge said.

Mel C has earlier declared she will not be joining the 20th anniversary reunion project of the 90’s British girl band. In August, she wrote a heartfelt essay explaining her decision not to get involved with the Spice Girls reunion. She said there is something that is not right about it and she needs to follow her gut.

This sparked rumors that Mel B unfollowed her and Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) on social media when they decided not to join the reunion concert. Sporty Spice was also accused of writing a diss song about Mel B in her forthcoming solo album.

Mel C admitted to the The Daily Star that her relationships with some of her bandmates have been difficult at times. However, she added that she still loves them.  The singer also confessed that she and Scary Spice have not spoken in a long time when asked about the rumored feud between them.

Sporty Spice also refused to confirm whether her song Version Of Me is about Mel B. She confessed, however, that it is about someone who didn’t treat her well.

The Spice Girls reunion was earlier planned for this year. However, Mel B announced that it will be delayed until 2017 due to the availability of their venues. There have been reports that the three are also looking for replacements for the Posh Spice and Sporty Spice. Mel C admitted that it will be “weird” to hear the three singing their hit songs without two of the Spice Girls.

Meanwhile, Mel C’s new album, Version of Me, is set to drop on October 21.
