5SOS just finished their second headliner tour Sounds Live Feels Live a couple of weeks ago. Does that mean they would want to have a temporary time off just like what One Direction did?

Bassist Calum Hood revealed on Twitter that he would like to be a barista. So, is he going to strap off his bass guitar to pursue his other dream?

By saying so, Starbucks quickly responded to his tweet, stating that the management is only waiting for his arrival and everything is ready. Meanwhile, one member, probably Ashton Irwin told him to pursue bigger things.

Although this might or might not be a joke, it is good to know that the members are very much still together despite the end of the tour. But the good news is, they might also be cooking a third album and another headliner concert while taking a break.

“This year has been an incredible one for us, and although it’s not over yet we’re looking forward to doing another tour again after we take some time off and write a new album,” guitarist Michael Clifford explained via Sugarscape . “It’s going to be a real opportunity to grow more as people and learn more about ourselves/the world.”

5SOS rose to fame in 2011. They were YouTube stars until One Direction gave them the opportunity to perform as a front act in two of their concerts.

Then, the Australian quartet, along with their lead singer Luke Hemmings, released their first debut album 5 Seconds of Summer in 2014.

Then, their career as a band just got better. The band released the sophomore album, Sounds Good Feels Good more than a year ago and it was indeed a success.

The fandom might expect more amazing songs from the band in the Land Down Under and ANN will keep you posted.
