What is the craziest thing that you have ever done as a fan? Well, whatever it was I’m sure you can’t beat this.
5 Seconds of Summer fans have proved that they are one of the craziest and the most committed fans in the world and no one can beat them when it comes to giving gifts to their idols.
The band members recently talked about being so surprised by the kind of supporters they had gained over the years. They’ve received the most interesting presents a band could ever receive — from inner wear being hurled at them to receiving beautiful handmade greeting cards.
What more could a band ask for when they have love and support from their fans?
However, one of the fans went the extra mile for the band and gave Calum Hood a hefty-priced present.
“A fan wanted to give me a bass, but I was leaving to go to the airport and couldn’t really take it with me because I felt like it would break. What an amazing present though!” Calum shared to Unreality TV.
Ashton Irwin also shared that one fan gave them a celestial body — his favorite so far.
“A fan bought us a star once. A legitimate star. I think we owned it for about a month, and it had the coordinates on it and everything. It was registered as the 5SOS star, so that was pretty cool. I just hope it wasn’t too expensive,” Irwin told Unreality TV.
While the band receives some of the best gifts ever, the Ashton, Calum, Luke Hemmings and Michael Clifford also like to give back. The band just announced that they would be performing to raise funds for the needy.
5SOS is working with BBC Children in Need for a benefit live show.
“The guys have joined the line up of Children in Need’s ‘One Big Night’ concert, taking place at Wembley’s SSE Arena on October 8,” Sugarscape News revealed.
The tickets for the show have already been released for purchase. The band members are thrilled to perform in London for a cause.
