Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Dr Mikhail Varshavski are now officially dating.

The “Sexiest Doctor Alive” himself confirmed that he is seeing the reigning Miss Universe romantically. Dr. Mike told Wonderwall, “I am dating Pia. It’s a fairly new relationship but I’m really excited to see where it can go!”

The two sparked speculations that they were more than friends almost a month ago when they were spotted enjoying a dinner at New York’s Balvanera restaurant, E News noted.

Here are five reasons Wurtzbach and Varshavski is the hottest pair today.

1.They are both extremely good looking

There is no denying that both Wurtzbach and Varshavski are gorgeous. For the Miss Universe title holder, even actor James Franco expressed admiration to her beauty.

2.Both are title holders

Wurtzbach currently holds the Miss Universe crown. She won the title earlier this year in a most unforgettable way.Host Steve Harvey accidentally called Miss Columbia as the winner only to awkwardly take back his announcement when he realised he made a huge mistake.

Varshavski, on the other hand, has been named by People magazine as the “Sexiest Doctor Alive” in 2015.

3.Both have impressive resume

The Russian-born doctor works at Overlook Medical Center in Summit in New Jersey, where he has been a medical resident for two years, the Daily Mail noted.

Pia Wurtzbach is a Filipino-German actress, model, host, TV personality, chef, beauty writer, stylist, and makeup artist. She has been a three-time Binibining Pilipinas contestant. In 2013, she finished first runner-up; top 15 last year and eventually winning the Miss Philippines-Universe title this year and represented the country in the Ms Universe pageant at the Planet Hollywood resort in Las Vegas, Las Vegas. Wurtzbach has a degree in Culinary Arts. She graduated from the Center For Asian Culinary Studies in Manila.

4. Social media magnet

Both also have huge following on social media. Currently, Dr. Mike has 1.6 million while Pia Wurtzbach has 2 million and is the most followed Miss Universe ever, Wonderwall noted.

5. Both have good hearts

The Filipina-German beauty has expressed interest to be involved in charity works during her reign. She said she wanted to use her title to advocate for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) prevention and awareness, Manila Bulletin wrote.

Varshavski, on the other hand, recently offered a date with him in exchange for donation to the  charity, the Limitless Tomorrow Foundation, which offers financial assistance to students.
